I started seeing Joaquin on magazine covers months ago (NYT Style section back in the summer?).
Well, I'm no different - I got the Folsom Prison recording (a cheapy at $8.99 - at Virgin). It's pretty fucking cool. And an NPR story the other day on All Things Considered was about a reporter who was there who took along his recorder (a reel-to-reel) and produced a very interesting audience recording.
Check out some of the other shows on NPR - All Songs Considered (available in podcast - most of their shows are), Fresh Air...it's all good.
